Women's Snowshoeing
10:15 am - 4:00 pm, Saturday, March 7th (start and end times at the church)
Women, plan to join us for a ranger-guided 1- to 2-mile snowshoe walk on top of the snow at Crater Lake! Supervised children 8 years and older are also welcome. For safety reasons, children under 8 and pets are not allowed. We will carpool from the church by 10:30 am for the walk at 12:30 pm. Snowshoes will be provided, but not lunch, so you will need to bring a lunch.
You should also bring water, sunscreen, water-proof footwear, and warm, layered clothing (backpack recommended). The park has a $20 per vehicle entry fee, so please plan to pitch-in for it. The end time of 4:00 pm at the church is an estimate.
